The Association of Public Health Physicians of Nigeria (APHPN) Benue State Branch joined the Medical Women’s Association of Nigeria (MWAN) and partners for the Makurdi Mega Breast Cancer Awareness Walk on 29th October 2021 from the IBB Square to Wurukum Market, Makurdi.
Health education in all the local dialects on Breast Cancer was provided, IEC materials about breast cancer were distributed and cancer prevention and control services available in the state were shared.
