The APHPN Gombe state branch under the leadership of Dr. Danimoh Mustapha Abdulsalam in collaboration with Medical Women’s Association of Nigeria (MWAN) Gombe state chapter, North East Development Commission (NEDC) carried out a cancer awareness campaign today to commemorate the Cancer awareness month 2025 with the theme Every story is Unique, Every Journey Matters.
Highlights of activities includes breast and cervical cancer awareness walk and flag off ceremony, health talk on cervical and breast cancer prevention, cervical and breast cancer screening among others.
