He also mentioned that the aim of a QES was to establish a greater understanding of issues, often of a subtle or sensitive nature, that primary qualitative research frequently addresses. He demystified Qualitative evidence synthesis (QES) as a broad term for the group of methods used to undertake systematic reviews of qualitative research evidence. Lastly, he stated Nigeria could benefit from QES by partnering with international methodologists to increase local capacity to conduct QES amongst other ways.
